Senior Designer / Project Manager
Experience Level:  5-10 years

STUDIO TROIKA is looking for a Senior Designer / Project Manager to join our highly collaborative, design-focused practice. Our work encompasses a broad cross-section of project types, including Hospitality, Wellness, Science & Technology, Workplace, Academic, and Residential. We go beyond technical and programmatic competence to bring award-winning design and beautiful craft to each of our projects.

Candidates should have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
  • Architectural Registration preferred, but not required
  • A strong working knowledge of Revit
  • Advanced understanding of architectural technology and     documentation for projects of various sizes and complexities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Strong design and graphics skills – Rendering and visualization are highly desirable
  • Prior experience on all phases of a project, including Construction Documents and Contract Administration
  • An Ability and Passion to solve problems, critically and creatively
  • Works well to meet deadlines
  • P ior experience coordinating the work of consultants
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate on teams of varying size
